ADB Grant 0926-TAJ (SF): Improving the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Secondary Education Project
Bids were opened and read out on 26 June 2026 at 15:05 in the building of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan by the Bid Opening Committee in the presence of representatives of bidders. The names of bidders, bid prices, the presence or absence of a bid security and its amount were read out and recorded.

Substantially responsive and lowest evaluated bid
Based on the results of preliminary and detailed evaluation of the submitted bids, the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid is the one submitted by Bidder No.4 - LLC “Faridun” (Republic of Tajikistan) and the contract for Lot 1 (CW08/1) - Construction of STEM block, WASH facility in Pedagogical College of Dushanbe has been awarded to this bidder with a total evaluated bid price of US$ 1,651,942.60. The contract duration is 540 calendar days.
