The reproduced image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, regardless of its size, must always exactly correspond to the standards of color, black and white and three-dimensional image of the coat of arms attached to this Regulation. 4. The procedure for making the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, the mass reproduction of the image of the emblem, the use, preservation and destruction of the seal with the image of the State Emblem is established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. 5. Persons guilty of desecration of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan are liable in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
